Refund Conditions
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our services. Refund requests must be accompanied by a clear reason for dissatisfaction and sent to support@catalogscene.com.
Refund Process
Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used in the purchase.
Exceptions
Credits used for completed generation jobs cannot be refunded. Additionally, refunds will not be provided in cases of terms of service violations.
