How We Use Your Data

We use personal data to operate accounts, generate and deliver AI product media, process payments and credits, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.

Service Providers and Analytics

We use Supabase for authentication and application data, Cloudflare R2 for private media storage, Paddle as merchant of record for checkout and billing, and third-party AI providers to process generation requests. We use Google Analytics and may use Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage and improve the product. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Product Images and Retention

Uploaded product references and generated media may be transferred to our private storage and made available through time-limited links. Our current media retention target is 7 days, after which stored media may be deleted. Account, payment, credit, and task records may be retained longer for security, support, accounting, and legal purposes.

Data Security

We have implemented appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, accessed, altered, or disclosed. We limit access to your personal data to those employees and third parties who have a business need to know.
